The South Bay Vietnamese Cultural Center (SBVCC) is a non-profit organization operating in Torrance, California. The purposes of the organization are:

1. Preserve and promote the Vietnamese culture in the South Bay area.

2. Provide humanitarian aid to people in various regions of Vietnam.

To preserve the Vietnamese culture, SBVCC has been running a program to teach Vietnamese language to all children in the South Bay area every Saturday. This program has been in operation since 1990.

In addition, SBVCC also organizes festivals and activities for the children every year such as the Moon Festival (Tet Trung Thu), Hoi Que Me for the children. SBVCC also works with the Vietnamse community at St. Catherine Laboure to organize Tet festival for all Vietnamese in the South Bay.

SBVCC is also involved in many projects to aid the less fortunate people in Vietnam. We provide basic medical needs for the minority people, train nurses, help the orphans, and provide scholarship to poor children.
