We need your help
The
source of funding for SBVCC activities and projects are from monetary donations
of individuals, fund-raising programs through paper Scrip with Vietnamese
supermarkets in the South Bay and Orange county of California, and other Scrip
program through National Scrip Center.
Everyone can help SBVCC doing its
charitable projects. The easiest way you can help is making cash contribution to
SBVCC. Your donations are tax deductible. You can specify which project you want
your money to fund. 100 percent of your donation will be used toward helping the
needy in Vietnam. You can send your donations to: SBVCC P.O. Box 1512
Redondo Beach, CA 90278.
You can also
online through PayPal using any major credit card.
There are other ways you can help without any money out of
pocket. If
you live in Los Angeles or Orange county Area, you can help with our own paper
scrip program. We have scrip from these supermarkets : A Chau and Vinh Phat in
Orange county, Dat Moi and Minh Phat in Gardena, and Ralphs and Food4Less in
Southern California. You buy the scrip from us and use the scrip to buy food
from these supermarkets. These supermarkets donates from 5% to 7% of your
purchases to SBVCC. Through this program, you can help SBVCC raise fund and it
does not cost you anything. When you buy $100 of scrip from SBVCC, you can
purchase exactly $100 worth of food at these supermarkets.
If you own a
restaurant or a fast food store and buy your supplies from these supermarkets,
please help us by participating in this program. Even if you buy your supplies
from other supermarket and are willing to help, please contact us and we will
make arrangements to include these supermarkets in our scrip program.
Please note that funding from the Scrip program is not tax deductible.
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding any one of our
fund-raising programs, please let us know.
